Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below:
• Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Item must be in resalable condition, with tags (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items include:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics) that have been opened or used
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at wonderificgirlyay@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved:
• You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 4-7 days of delivery. Email us at with a photo to wonderificgirlyay@gmail.com of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds for Influencer/Gifted Products
Products received through giveaways, promotional campaigns, or influencer collaborations are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged upon arrival.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
• First check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted
