We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise noted on specific product pages.

 

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing on the next business day.

• During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard, expedited, and express services. Delivery times vary depending on the selected method and destination:

• Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking updates.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 4-7 days of the expected delivery date after verifying shipping data in tracking system.

• We will assist with filing a claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

• We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

 

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you purchase a product listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship date will be provided in the product description. Your payment may be processed at the time of purchase, and your order will ship once inventory becomes available.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States and its territories. Any updates to this policy will be reflected on this page.

 

Influencer/Gifted Items

Products received via giveaways, influencer collaborations, or promotional campaigns are subject to the same shipping policies. These items may have separate estimated delivery windows and are not eligible for expedited shipping unless stated otherwise.
